Position Responsibilities Percent of Time Data Privacy Operations • 45%Supports local legal (India) & Privacy Office (Global) in operationalizing and maintenance of India's Privacy law (DPDPA)Supports in creating Processing Activity RecordsOperationalize Privacy management services and delivery aspect:Review and approval of PbD (Privacy by Design) assessmentsProactively coordinating with stakeholders on PbD assessment follow-ups, pertaining to assessment completionPerforms periodic monitoring on Personal Data InventoriesSupports with Privacy Reporting metrics and scorecardCompliance Operations • 45%Supports stakeholders in completing application risk profiles, assessing business criticalities, and enabling control through compliance risk assessmentsPerforms compliance periodic monitoring on application compliance objectives and controlsSupports with updates to ZTD Process Framework (Processes, Templates, etc.)Supports in audit and inspections remediation activitiesSupports with IT Risk Management Reporting metrics and scorecardSupervision • 10%Supervise 1 ZICC Quality & Compliance AnalystOrganizational RelationshipsThis position will primarily interact with the ZTD group and occasionally with Zoetis business colleaguesResources ManagedFinancial Accountability N/ASupervision Supervise 1 ZICC Quality & Compliance Analyst Education and Experience Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fieldFormal training and/or experience in Data Privacy, and computer system validation space highly desiredRelevant certification such as CISA, CRISC, or CIPT/CIPM is preferred Experience 6+ years of experience in Information Technology4+ years of experience in Regulatory (GxP & CSV) Compliance3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries supporting IT initiatives is a plusExpertise in principles, theories, and concepts of regulatory compliance, and of pharmaceutical regulations; including industry knowledge of implementing controls within processes and toolsDemonstrated skills for independently guiding quality and compliance activities during system development and implementationDemonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate with individuals and groups at multiple levels across the organizationAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work in an unstructured environmentExcellent customer relationship management skills Technical Skills RequirementsHighly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence through personal credibility, integrity, and professionalismExcellent written and oral communication skillsRelentless dedication to customer satisfaction/excellenceAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentCapable of working both independently and as a team memberFluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatoryPhysical Position RequirementsTravel Requirements: 5%Work Hours: Ability to overlap up to 4 hours with US Eastern Standard Time Skills: Sox Experience: 3.00-8.00 Years
