Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Trainee Internal Auditor to conduct branch-level surveillance audits, verify store transactions, identify discrepancies, and submit detailed audit reports to the Senior Auditor.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed surveillance audits at allocated branches.
Verify store discounts and ensure proper authorization.
Check client outstanding balances and identify discrepancies.
Verify delivery charges and billing accuracy.
Audit excess stock purchases and identify irregularities.
Verify stock shortages and related billing discrepancies.
Identify financial irregularities, process deviations, and compliance issues.
Prepare and submit audit reports with supporting evidence to the Senior Auditor.
Coordinate with branch teams for audit verification and clarification.
Travel to allocated branches as required.
Requirements
B.
Com / BBA / M.
Com / MBA Finance or a related qualification preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of accounting, billing, inventory, and Excel.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and willingness to travel.
Honest, responsible, and willing to learn.
