Job description
Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations, including CLRA, BOCW, Minimum Wages Act, ESI, PF, and Shops & Establishment Act.
Monitor and maintain statutory records, registers, licenses, renewals, and contractor compliance documentation for all project sites.
