About the roleEY is seeking a Tax Consultant to join its Indirect Tax practice in New Delhi.
The role involves delivering highquality tax compliance and advisory services to clients while supporting the firms growth objectives.
Key responsibilitiesPrepare and file individual tax returns, eTDS returns, and draft submissions to tax authorities.
Represent clients before tax authorities and advise on inbound/outbound employee structuring, immigration, and provident fund matters for expatriates.
Collaborate with team members to ensure engagements are executed efficiently and meet client expectations.
Utilise electronic working papers and relevant software to conduct research and produce accurate tax deliverables.
Maintain confidentiality, uphold professional standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery.
Required profileChartered Accountant (CA) certification with 01 year of relevant experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Analytical mindset with solid numerical abilities.
Enthusiastic selfstarter who works well in a team environment.
Effective timemanagement and attention to detail.
