Job Description 1. Role: Audit Manager • Statutory Audit Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage statutory audit engagements for clients across industries in accordance with Indian GAAP, Ind AS, and applicable regulations. Plan, execute, and finalize audit assignments, including risk assessment and internal control evaluation. Review financial statements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Supervise, mentor, and review the work of audit teams. Coordinate with clients to gather information, resolve queries, and ensure timely delivery. Identify process improvements and provide value-added recommendations to clients. Ensure adherence to audit methodology and quality standards. Eligibility Criteria: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). 5 years of relevant experience in statutory audit (preferably with Big 4 / Top 20 firms). Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, and auditing standards. Prior experience in handling end-to-end audit engagements. Skills Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Team handling and leadership capabilities. Ability to work under deadlines. 2. Role: Associate Director • Statutory Audit Key Responsibilities: Lead multiple large and complex statutory audit engagements. Drive client relationships and act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders. Oversee audit strategy, planning, execution, and completion. Ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance with professional standards. Provide technical guidance on complex accounting and auditing matters. Lead business development initiatives and support practice growth. Manage, mentor, and develop senior team members and managers. Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure adherence to compliance requirements. Eligibility Criteria: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). 7 years of experience in statutory audit. Strong exposure to large clients / listed companies / complex group audits. Experience in leadership roles within Big 4 / Top-tier firms preferred. Skills Required: Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent client handling and relationship management. Deep technical knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and auditing standards. Business development and strategic thinking ability.
