As our SOX Compliance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization adheres to the regulations set forth by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

If you have a keen eye for detail and are driven by a desire to maintain the integrity of financial reporting, we want to hear from you.\n\nDevelop and implement SOX compliance processes and procedures in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and other relevant regulations.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations for improvement.
Conduct regular audits and testing to identify any potential compliance issues or gaps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all departments and processes are compliant with SOX requirements.
Keep abreast of any changes to SOX regulations and communicate updates and implications to relevant stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to SOX compliance, including policies, procedures, and reports.
Provide training and support to employees on SOX compliance requirements and best practices.
Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to prevent potential compliance violations.
Work closely with external auditors to facilitate the annual SOX audit process.
Identify and report any potential compliance violations to management and assist in the resolution of issues.
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing changes to enhance SOX compliance.
Communicate with senior management and stakeholders on the status of SOX compliance efforts and any potential risks.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in SOX compliance to continuously improve our processes and procedures.
Act as a subject matter expert on SOX compliance and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
