Key Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field3–8years of experience in a Record-to-Report (R2R) roleStrong understanding of R2R processes, internal controls, and accounting policies
Experience in transitioning finance activitiesProven ability to identify, investigate, and resolve issues effectivelyHigh attention to detail and accuracy
Skills & CompetenciesInterest in driving R2R process improvements and supporting system changesAbility to adapt to new ways of working and ensure successful adoption across teamsStrong communication skillsGood stakeholder experience with UK, US and EMEA
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
