Executed monthly bank, sub-ledger, and balance sheet reconciliations, swiftly clearing open items. Assisted in the preparation of statutory financial reports, trial balances, and cash flow statements. Maintained fixed asset registers, recording additions, disposals, and calculating monthly depreciation. And require intercompany & consolidations + SAP exp. Mid-Senior Level (5+ Years Experience) Led end-to-end month-end and year-end close procedures for multiple global entities, ensuring strict adherence to US GAAP/IFRS. Managed the preparation and posting of complex journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and al locations. Performed deep-dive balance sheet and P&L variance analyses, identifying trends and resolving discrepancies. Executed high-volume intercompany reconciliations and settlements, eliminating out-of-balance conditions across company codes. Directed internal and external audit walkthroughs, maintaining full compliance with SOX and internal control policy and require intercompany & consolidations + SAP exp.
