Job SummaryWe are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 4 years of post‑qualification experience in Financial Reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in financial statement preparation, management reporting, statutory compliance, and financial analysis, along with the ability to work in a dynamic business environment. ResponsibilitiesPreparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with applicable Ind AS and regulatory requirements. Preparation of Management Information System (MIS) reports and business performance analysis. Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and other stakeholders during audits. Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records. Drive reporting process improvements, automation initiatives, and internal control enhancements. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Candidate Profile3+ years of post‑qualification experience in Financial Reporting, Controllership, Record-to-Report (R2R), or Management Reporting. Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial statements, and reporting frameworks. Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
