We're Hiring | R2R (Record to Report) – Leadership Role We are looking for an experienced R2R professional for a leading multinational organization in the manufacturing and chemical industry. Location: Mumbai (Turbhe) Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Record-to-Report operations. Oversee general ledger, financial closing, reconciliations and reporting. Drive process standardization, transformation and automation. Ensure compliance, accuracy and timely financial reporting. Manage global stakeholders and collaborate with international finance teams. Lead and develop the R2R team while driving operational excellence. Key Requirements: 18+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting. Strong experience in GCC / GBS / Global Shared Services environments. Prior experience in the manufacturing or chemical industry is preferred. Mandatory experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation.
