Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot for an IT & GST & Audit Head / Manager (C.A. / CA Inter qualified or pursuing C.A.). The role involves overseeing IT systems and infrastructure, including network administration, security, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations. The Head / Manager will lead GST compliance, return filing, reconciliations, and advisory for clients, as well as plan and execute statutory, tax, and internal audits. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing accounting records, identifying control weaknesses, coordinating with clients, and providing proactive guidance on taxation and regulatory changes. The role also includes mentoring team members, improving processes, and supporting senior leadership in strategic decision-making. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Information Technology and Network Administration skills to manage systems and infrastructure effectively. Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Network Security skills to diagnose issues and protect data and systems. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build trusted client relationships. Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of GST laws, compliance, return filing, and audit procedures, along with strong analytical and documentation skills. Candidates should be C.A. qualified, CA Inter qualified, or actively pursuing C.A., with a background in accounting, taxation, and audit. Candidates should demonstrate leadership abilities, team management experience, and proficiency in relevant accounting and ERP software. Candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines.
