We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Internal Audit to lead our audit function within the healthcare sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing, compliance, and risk management, particularly within hospitals or healthcare facilities.
As the Head of Internal Audit, you will be responsible for overseeing the internal audit process, ensuring compliance with NABH standards, and implementing effective audit strategies to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the internal audit team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality audit execution.
• Develop and implement audit plans that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements, particularly focusing on NABH compliance.
• Conduct comprehensive audits of financial and operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring adherence to established SOPs.
• Collaborate with management to assess risk management strategies and recommend improvements to enhance compliance and operational effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management and the board, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in internal auditing and healthcare compliance.
Required Skills:
