GST & Audit Executive Position: GST & Audit Executive Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai Experience: 03 Years Qualification: B.

Responsibilities GST Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
Reconcile GST data with books of accounts and GST portal.
Handle GST registration, amendments, cancellations, and LUT applications.
Prepare replies to GST notices and assist in departmental assessments.
Conduct GST compliance reviews and maintain statutory records.
Keep abreast of changes in GST laws and ensure timely compliance.
Audit
Assist in Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, and Concurrent Audit assignments.
Verify books of accounts, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
Prepare audit working papers and documentation.
Draft audit observations and reports.
Coordinate with clients for collection of financial information and required documents.
Ensure audit assignments are completed within the prescribed timelines.
Other Responsibilities
Prepare financial statements and schedules.
Assist in TDS compliance and Income Tax return preparation, as required.
Communicate professionally with clients regarding compliance requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and documentation.
Skills Required Good knowledge of GST laws and audit procedures.
Basic understanding of Income Tax and TDS provisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Working knowledge of Tally Prime and accounting software.
Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate
Experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm will be preferred.
Willingness to travel for client audits, if required.
Positive interpersonal and client-handling skills.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
