Job Summary
The Customer Service Executive is responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers through phone, email, chat, and walk-in interactions.
The role involves addressing customer inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, along with the ability to escalate issues proactively, maintain accurate correspondence records, and handle assigned administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, chat, and walk-in support.
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English while handling customer interactions.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team or department for timely resolution.
Perform follow-up communication with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction.
Offer knowledgeable support regarding company products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through friendly and professional engagement.
Maintain accurate registers for inward and outward correspondence as per company procedures.
Perform additional administrative duties and tasks assigned by management.
Skills Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for handling correspondence and administrative duties.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
