FP&A Data Analyst (Financial)

The position operates at the intersection of finance, data, and technology to strengthen data validation and reporting processes. How You Will Make An Impact Execute end-to-end data validation across ERP, planning tools, data platforms, and BI systems and reconcile datasetsValidate financial metrics including revenue, margin, and operating expenses prior to executive reporting cyclesMaintain and apply data validation rules aligned with governance standardsCollaborate with Finance Systems and Data Engineering teams to improve data pipeline integrityIdentify and implement automation opportunities using SQL, Excel, and PythonInvestigate data discrepancies and deliver root-cause analysis with actionable recommendationsBuild scalable and repeatable processes for financial data validation and reporting. The Must Haves Experience: 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or data analyticsApplication of planning tools such as Anaplan or equivalent platformsUtilization of data platforms including Snowflake and SQLAdvanced use of Excel and BI tools such as Power BI or TableauDemonstrated analytical approach with attention to detail in data validation scenariosAbility to work across functions and communicate insights to stakeholders. Nice To Haves Application of SQL and Python for data validation and automation Experience in technology-driven or data-centric environmentsExposure to data governance or data quality frameworks.
