Overview Functional Responsibilities Provide overall support for the period end results and preparation of forecast Create, update, prepare ongoing periodic business reportsForecast for Drug WH business, review with sales team and submit into systemWork on key region/customer initiatives to drive business and region performanceMaintain complex Excel modelsDevelop PowerPoint presentation to communicate business results and insightsManage exceptions through verbal and written interactions with Sales and Sales FinanceTPM Maintenance of Drug Channel Quaker business & Approving Trade Promotions. Claim Approval & Post Audit Event Analysis. Prepare and maintain claims tracker for small format drug customers and reconcile to TPMCollaborate with sales and finance functions on ad-hoc projectsCreate an inclusive and collaborative environmentPeople Responsibilities Coach and on • board new members of the team in ways of working and processes Qualifications 5 to 6 years of experience in finance and planning for post graduates (commerce, accounting, finance) (2 to 5 years of finance experience for Chartered accounts preferred)Experience in financial analysis, data integrity maintenance and systems such as SAP, Business Objects, Essbase Strong excel skillsAble to work independently and takes initiativeCapable of managing multiple time sensititive priorities simultaneouslyDetail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenanceAbility to function well in a team environmentConsistently shows urgency, courtesy and patienceExceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language
