Position Overview The Financial Controller will serve as the strategic financial leader overseeing group-level (Energy , Real Estate & M&A) consolidation, financial reporting, governance, and treasury operations.
This role is responsible for driving financial performance, managing multi-entity structures (SPVs, Subsidiaries, JVs), leading M&A financial due diligence, and ensuring absolute compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), RERA, tax laws, and lender covenants.
