Job Description: AIF Setup & Regulatory Licensing Coordinate with legal counsels, trustees, tax advisors, and SEBI to execute end-to-end setup of a Category II AIF.
Draft and review core offering documents including Private Placement Memorandum (PPM), Investment Management Agreement (IMA), Contribution Agreements, and Trust Deeds.
