As a Finance Business Partner, Aurangabad
• You will partner with the Plant Director and key plant leadership team to develop and execute cost optimization initiatives, achieve scorecard KPI targets, and ensure strong recovery plans are in place.
You will drive the plant-wide AOP and forecasting process, identify key cost drivers, prepare cost budgets, lead cost-saving initiatives, and ensure delivery of savings targets.
