Hiring for a Director with a leading Big 4 for Mumbai Location: Experience: 12-15 Years Education: CA/MBA Ctc: 40-50 LPA Domain: FS/Investment Bank Key Responsibilities Lead Internal Audit engagements for Financial Services clients, including Insurance, Banking, and Investment Banking. Manage audit delivery, risk assessments, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. Lead and mentor large audit teams within the GCC. Partner with global stakeholders to drive audit quality, governance, and process improvements. Support audit transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile 15+ years of experience in Internal Audit within Financial Services; Insurance experience preferred. Mandatory: Experience with a Big 4 firm followed by a Global Capability Center (GCC). Strong expertise in internal controls, risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance.
