Deputy Manager – FP&A & Commercial Analysis

We are looking for a Deputy Manager • FP&A & Commercial Analysis to support financial planning, commercial performance analysis, reporting, budgeting, and business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead FP&A and commercial analysis activities. Analyze volume, contribution margin, and profitability at standalone and consolidated levels. Conduct ROCE and Product Group-wise performance analysis. Manage monthly financial closing and MIS reporting. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management. Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Coordinate statutory and internal audits. Drive finance process automation and digitalisation initiatives. Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders. Requirements Qualified CA / CMA with 4–5 years of relevant experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Mandatory experience working on SAP. Strong knowledge of FP&A, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis. Strong MS Excel skills. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
