Position: Cost & Management Accountant (CMA)
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Experience: 3–7 Years
Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month (Negotiable)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) to manage cost accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, MIS reporting and profitability analysis.
The candidate will work closely with the management and accounts team to provide accurate financial insights and support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze cost sheets, product costing and cost statements.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, management reports and variance analysis.
Conduct cost-benefit and profitability analysis for products, projects and business operations.
Assist in budget preparation, forecasting and budgetary control.
Monitor inventory valuation, stock movement and inventory-related costs.
Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
Prepare profitability reports based on product, customer, location or business segment.
Support management with financial analysis and decision-making reports.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting and Management Accounting.
Practical experience in costing, budgeting, MIS and variance analysis.
Good understanding of inventory and stock accounting.
Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
