Key Responsibilities Cost Accounting & Product Costing Prepare and maintain standard costs for billets, TMT bars, and by-products (scale, slag, etc.) Compute process-wise cost (Melting Shop/SMS, Rolling Mill) including yield, conversion cost, and burning loss Track and analyze raw material consumption (iron ore/sponge iron/scrap) vs. standard norms Prepare cost sheets for each grade/size of TMT bars produced Yield & Variance Analysis Monitor metallic yield, rolling yield, and power/fuel consump…
