About the Role
KAKA Industries Ltd. is looking for a \\Cost Accountant\\ to manage manufacturing costing, cost analysis and inventory control for our PVC, uPVC and WPC product range.
Key Responsibilities
\* Prepare product-wise/SKU-wise costing and BOM.
\* Analyze raw material consumption, wastage, scrap and production yield.
\* Monitor standard vs. actual cost and identify cost variances.
\* Track material, labour, power and manufacturing overhead costs.
\ Coordinate with \\Production, Purchase, Stores and Accounts\\* for accurate costing data.
\* Monitor inventory valuation and reconciliation of RM, WIP and finished goods.
\* Prepare costing MIS and management reports
\* Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
Candidate Profile
\* B.
Com (CMA Inter/ICMA Inter will be an advantage.)
\* 2+ years of experience in manufacturing costing/cost accounting
\* Experience in PVC, uPVC, WPC, plastic extrusion or building materials preferred.
\* Robust knowledge of MS Excel, inventory and manufacturing costing
\* Positive analytical and coordination skills.
