Consolidation & Financial Reporting Analyst

About the RoleTechnoGen is seeking a Consolidation & Financial Reporting Analyst to support its finance function in Hyderabad. This position is based onsite and follows a 5-day workweek. Work ScheduleThe role operates in a UK shift, with working hours from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST. ResponsibilitiesAssist with group consolidation, financial reporting, month‑end close activities, statutory reporting, and audit support. Manage financial consolidation and group‑level reporting activities. Support reporting under US GAAP, IFRS, and UK GAAP. Handle derivative accounting, including ASC 815 compliance. Prepare and review intercompany eliminations and reconciliations. Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and related disclosures. Coordinate with auditors during audit processes. Use advanced Excel for analysis and reporting tasks. Identify opportunities to improve and automate finance processes. Qualifications Qualification must be CA (ICAI) or CMA (ICMAI).5 to 7 years of experience in financial consolidation and reporting. Strong knowledge of financial consolidation and reporting. Good understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and UK GAAP. Derivative accounting expertise, specifically ASC 815. Hands‑on experience with intercompany reconciliations and eliminations. Ability to support statutory reporting and audit coordination. Advanced Excel skills. Experience with Oracle FCCS or NetSuite is preferred. Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, and VBA is preferred. Background in Big 4 or large accounting firms is preferred. Exposure to commodity trading, energy, or oil and gas industries is preferred. Technical ToolsOracle FCCS and NetSuite are preferred tools for this role. Power BI, Power Query, and VBA are preferred additions for reporting and automation. Preferred Industry Exposure Experience in Big 4 or large accounting firms is preferred, along with exposure to commodity trading, energy, or oil and gas businesses.
