Job Description: Qualification: ACS / FCS (ICSI) The Role We are looking for a Company Secretary to own regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
You will make sure the company meets the standards its RBI-regulated lending partners expect from a Lending Service Provider, keep corporate and ROC compliance spotless, and work closely with product, technology and operations to build compliance into everything launched.
