Job Description
Lead and oversee the company's enterprise-wide compliance framework.
Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, NBFC guidelines, PMLA, KYC/AML, FEMA, and other applicable laws.
Monitor regulatory developments and drive timely implementation of regulatory changes.
Oversee regulatory reporting and submissions to relevant authorities.
The Successful Applicant
Qualified Company Secretary (CS) is mandatory.
Significant experience within Compliance, Regulatory Compliance, or Governance functions.
Prior experience within NBFCs, Banks, Housing Finance Companies, or Financial Services organizations.
Strong understanding of RBI regulations and NBFC compliance requirements.
